Day 24: LOS ANGELES (Universal Studios, Griffith Observatory)

Today we are going to visit Universal Studios Hollywood Los Angeles, the original Universal Studios theme park that serves as a film studio and amusement park in Los Angeles.
We have the entrance reserved from Spain and as they open at 10, we will have breakfast at a Starbucks after leaving our hotel on the Paseo de la Fama, the Motel 6 Hollywood.
As we see that we still have some time left we go to the point where they say the best one looks hollywood sign. We take the photo of rigor and leave, since this area is residential and does not say much.

We are on our way to Universal Studios Hollywood park, with our rental car in the United States, we park in the cheapest area (which is 5 minutes from the entrance) and wait a little while until they open the park since we have arrived almost 15 minutes in advance.

We start in the Universal Studios amusement park, it's nothing from the other world and we see it a bit dated. One of the attractions we ride on is that of the Simpsons, a slightly dizzy 3D attraction.

Then we go to the Jurassic Park, a water attraction with atmosphere of the Spielberg movie. We had seen videos on YouTube and the truth is that it loses a bit of grace since you know what will happen in each moment. So if you go, don't watch any videos. You are warned!

The Universal Studios Tour, is the star attraction because you can ride the movie sets on a train as Psychosis, Shark, War of the Worlds, Desperate Women….
Another highly recommended tour that is not far from Universal Studios is the Warner Bros. studio in Hollywood.

Visit Universal Studios Hollywood It takes us the morning and we really have to say that we have been quite disappointed, we had seen the odd video of the attractions and maybe that's why we were already knowing what we were going to see, but the truth is that I didn't get too excited.
We spend the rest of the day wandering around the area of the Paseo de la Fama and when there are a few minutes left for the sunset we drive to the Griffith Observatory from where there are spectacular views of all the illuminated Los Angeles and an observatory, which although it was closed, it is worth seeing even outside.

We had dinner as always near our hotel and it is time to return to the room to prepare our luggage. Tomorrow is the last day of this incredible trip to the West Coast of the United States, a trip that we can say, has been one of the best we have ever done.
