Ibis Budget Center
The first of Midi-Pyrénées hotels where we stayed was the Ibis Budget Center, in the center of Albi.
Telling that it is an accommodation of the Ibis chain, more or less we know what we can find. Rooms quite impersonal but functional enough to be a good sleeping option.
The bathroom is divided into three parts: shower on one side, toilet on the other and the sink to wash your hands on the other. The truth is that this system is somewhat awkward.

The hotel has free private parking, something great if you are doing this trip to Midi-Pyrenees by car.
They also have free wifi with a more than acceptable signal.
We pay 49 euros a night, a price that we believe is more than correct for this type of accommodation.

The room is large, with all the comforts, including soaps and all kinds of body creams, something that is appreciated if you don't bring them with you.
More than a hotel it is a B&B type accommodation, in which the treatment is totally personalized.
Breakfast is served at any time you want and is very complete and of quality, with fresh and fresh products.

Au Castellou
Hotel on the outskirts of Conques, although walking you can reach the center of town through a climb in about 300 meters. If you want to climb by car, you have to take the same road and it is only one kilometer from the main parking lot.
The rooms are beautiful as if you were in a story, with a very personalized atmosphere and that makes you feel at home. The bathroom is large and with all the amenities including shampoos and creams.
They have Wi-Fi throughout the establishment of quality.
Breakfast is served at any time you want and is completely homemade, including fruit, homemade jams and cakes made by the owners.

Although the accommodation is 10, the attention of the owners stands out, which is always perfect and especially close.
